A 2D look at your dark, wayward soul
The challenge for games with randomly generated levels is making an experience you want to revisit. Wayward Souls does just this, creating an ever changing fantasy world for its solid RPG action.
Each character has unique skills and upgrades to ensure variety to your quest. Moves are executed through an elegant combination of taps and swipes on the right of the screen, while your left thumb guides your hero.
This is dark 16-bit dungeon crawling at its best, but its punishing nature may sour some.
